At Terra, we’re committed to delivering the best possible experience to ensure that our guests leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We’ve crafted our policies with that goal in mind—each decision is meant to contribute to a smooth, ethical, and harmonious environment where our staff and RMTs can truly focus on your needs. Ensuring that our team is able to work under ideal conditions will make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at Terra Massage Boutique in Yorkville, Toronto, subject to availability.
Gift cards are transferable and can be given to another individual. The new holder will have the same rights as the original purchaser / recipient to redeem the gift card.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds will be issued for unused balances.
To redeem a gift card, you only need to provide the unique gift card number. Physical possession of the card is not required for redemption. If you lose the gift card, please contact us and, once we verify that you were the authorized holder and are able to cancel the lost card, we will issue you a new number.
Our gift cards do not expire.
You can inquire about your gift card balance at any time by contacting us directly via phone or email.
We are happy to mail physical gift cards at no additional charge to you. Of course, we can’t guarantee how quickly they will be delivered. Gift cards can also be picked up at the studio during business hours.
Our Late Policy
Whether it’s TTC delays, unexpected traffic, a meeting running long or a babysitter showing up late, sometimes punctuality just isn’t in the cards. We're here to help, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, whether it’s by adjusting your treatment time or fitting you in for a shorter session.
If you're running late, give us a heads-up by calling or texting us at (416) 990-4995 and we'll do what we can. Please note that in the event of a late arrival, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure we stay on schedule for other guests.
A few things to keep in mind:
We’ll always try to contact guests who are late for appointments. If we can’t reach you, appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and charged in full to the credit card on file.
If you have health benefits and you’re going to miss a good chunk of the appointment, we recommend coming for some of it as you will still get an insurance receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. Your insurance provider will not reimburse you for fees incurred for missed appointments.
Any last-minute changes to your appointment will be at management's discretion and only possible if space is available and it fits with the day’s schedule.
Cancellation + No-Show Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for individual bookings and 48 hours in advance for couples or group bookings. If you need to cancel with less than the required notice, or miss your appointment for any reason, including illness, emergencies, or traffic, the card on file will be charged the full amount, unless a friend or family member can attend in your place. If you're running late, your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding as we work to manage our schedules fairly for everyone.
Important: A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. Without a credit card on file, the booking system will release the appointment. This policy applies to gift card holders as well – you can redeem the gift card following the treatment, but we do need a credit card on file to reserve the appointment for you.
